The online shop www.salonera.lt is redirected to www.kirpyklosiranga.lt so that all orders are processed through one system. Delivery is made in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

In Lithuania

- Collection of goods from the warehouse in Palanga

In Latvia and Estonia
- Delivery to OMNIVA or LP EXPRESS post offices
- Delivery by courier
Delivery of goods to the specified address (Lithuania only)
The courier will deliver the goods to the specified address within 2-3 working days from the order confirmation.
Payment for the goods to the courier at the time of delivery is possible only in Lithuania.

If you require a door-to-door delivery service, please note this at the time of ordering. The delivery service is free of charge if the weight of the item(s) does not exceed 30 kg.
The courier will contact you on the phone number you have provided before the delivery.
Delivery is carried out throughout the territory of Lithuania, including Curonian Spit.
Additional surcharges (Lithuania)
Curonian Spit tax: applies to parcels sent to the address indicated. Price: 30 EUR.
Delivery to OMNIVA or LP EXPRESS post offices (Lithuania)
Delivery is within 1-3 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery cost - 3 EUR.
You will be notified by SMS when your parcel has arrived. You can pick up your parcel within 7 days at any time of the day by entering the code you received.
Maximum dimensions of the parcel: OMNIVA - 38 × 39 × 64 cm; LP EXPRESS - 35 × 61 × 74 cm. Maximum weight - 30 kg.

In-stock pick-up (Lithuania)
You can pick up your goods free of charge at our warehouse at Bangų g. 30, Palanga.
The order is ready within 1-3 working days. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready.
Please note that you will be informed about the order by email. If another person is picking up the goods, please indicate them as the recipient in the order.
Your order will be kept for 3 days. If the order is not collected, it will be cancelled.
Express delivery via bus stations (Lithuania only)
This delivery method must be agreed with the seller before placing the order. Same day delivery is possible in Lithuania only.
Delivery abroad (other countries than Latvia and Estonia)
Delivery to countries other than Latvia and Estonia is only possible by individual agreement. Please contact us for delivery method, time and price. The delivery price is calculated individually according to the size, weight and country of the parcel.
Shipment condition
Please inspect the packaging when you receive your parcel. If it is damaged, please note " DAMAGED PACKAGE" on the courier's documentation . If you fail to do so, the parcel will be deemed to have been received intact .
If you notice any damage or inconsistency after unpacking (you have received a different product, colour, assembly, etc.), please inform us within 2 working days of receipt of the parcel, in which case we will replace the product free of charge .
