I KEY TERMS

1) "Online Shop" means this Online Shop at www.kirpyklosiranga.lt;

2) "Rules" means the rules of use of this Online Shop;

3) Seller - MB "Salonera";

4) Customer - any person who purchases goods in the Online Shop or uses other services provided by the Online Shop.

II GENERAL PROVISIONS

1) The provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to purchase and sale transactions carried out in the Online Shop.

2) The contract of sale and purchase between the Buyer and the Seller shall be concluded from the moment the Buyer selects the product he/she wishes to purchase and, after forming a shopping cart, performs all the steps specified for the confirmation of the order.

3) The Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer an analogous or, as far as possible, a similar product in terms of its characteristics, if the Seller is unable to provide the Buyer with the ordered product due to important circumstances. If the Customer refuses to accept the product offered as an analogue or similar product, the Seller undertakes to refund the Customer's payment within 14 (fourteen) working days and cancel the Customer's order.

4) The price of the goods shall not be changed after the Seller has confirmed the order, unless the price of the goods has changed due to a technical error in the information systems, obvious (in the nature of a mistake) errors or other objective reasons beyond the Seller's direct control (subject to proof of these reasons). If the Buyer does not agree to purchase the product at the changed price, he/she has the right to cancel the order by informing the Seller in writing or by e-mail to info@kirpyklosiranga.lt within 3 (three) working days from the date of the offer to purchase the product at the changed price. In the event of cancellation in accordance with the procedure set out in this clause, the Customer shall receive a full refund of all monies paid by him.

5) The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the data provided during registration. In case of incorrect data, the Customer's access to the Online Shop www.kirpyklosiranga.lt will be limited.

6) The Seller undertakes not to pass on the confidential information provided by the Customer during the registration process to third parties, with the exception of the exceptions provided for by law.

7) The following persons are entitled to purchase the goods offered in the Online Shop:

- natural persons aged at least 18 years;

- persons under the age of 18 with the consent of their parents or guardians;

- legal persons

8) Prohibited:

- copy, use, distribute, the information contained in the Online Shop or its content without the written consent of the owner of the Online Shop;

- use computer programs that may interfere with the operation of this Online Shop or otherwise disrupt its operation.

9) Customers must use Lithuanian characters when providing their data. It is necessary to provide your exact residential address and your telephone number.

10) The Seller reserves the right to:

- to modify the information contained in the Online Shop, the modifications shall come into force as soon as they are published on the Online Shop website;

- restrict the use of the Online Shop by customers who do not comply with these rules;

- temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Customer.

11) By purchasing goods from the Online Shop, the Customer acknowledges that he/she is aware of the return policy and the guarantees ( Returns and Guarantees ).

12) Customers undertake to inspect the goods received at the time of collection, i.e. to check the condition of the packaging, its contents, the quantity, size and range of goods. ( For more information - Delivery )

13) The goods may differ from the goods shown in the photograph. The photograph may contain parts that are not included in the item.

14) Quantities are limited.

15) The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Buyer within 1-3 working days, but no later than 30 days. These time limits do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of a shortage of the goods ordered. The Customer agrees that in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller, the delivery date may differ from the delivery dates specified or the delivery date agreed between the Customer and the Seller. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Seller undertakes to contact the Customer without delay to agree the delivery date and any other matters relating to delivery.

16) The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Conditions. The Buyer shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the order when shopping in the Online Shop and is therefore advised to familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions at the time of each purchase.

III FINAL PROVISIONS

1) The Seller shall send all notices, demands, requests and other information to the Buyer to the e-mail address indicated by the Buyer in the order form.

2) The Seller shall not be liable for any and all disruptions in the networks of the internet connection, email service providers which result in the Buyer not receiving informative or confirmatory emails from the Seller.

3) The Buyer shall send all notices, demands, requests and questions to info@kirpyklosiranga.lt .

4) All disputes arising from the performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

5) Buyers understand that by continuing to use the Website after any updates to these Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Returns Policy, they agree to the changes made.
